SOCIAL PROGRAMS COORDINATOR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

For our Corporate Communications Team we are looking for a SOCIAL PROGRAMS COORDINATOR who organizes B.GRIMM’s wide variety of philanthropy programs in close collaboration with the top management. Your responsibilities in this highly visible position include:

  • Designing social activities in close collaboration with B.GRIMM companies and bundling of activities into social programs

  • Exploring ways of including stakeholders such as customers and partners into the social activities of B.GRIMM

  • Designing, implementing and following up an Employee Volunteering Program

  • Organizing social activities and events and coordinating between top management, involved B.GRIMM companies and foundations, stakeholder representatives as well as external parties

  • Internal communication and promotion of ongoing social activities throughout the B.GRIMM Group

  • Supporting Public Relations in the external communication of B.GRIMM’s social activities to maintain the positive corporate image of B.GRIMM

  • Building positive relationships throughout the B.GRIMM Group, foundations as well as external parties and acting as the main corporate representative for B.GRIMM’s social activities


YOUR PROFILE

As a professional you have an excellent educational background, which qualifies you as a top talent with the following competencies and attributes:

  • First experience in setting up and managing social activities with Communications, CSR or Community Engagement responsibilities

  • Strong interest in supporting activities related to: Education, Vocational Schooling, Environmental Issues, Energy Consumption, Music and Culture.

  • Ability to link social programs to the business purpose of the different B.GRIMM companies

  • Effective Project Management and Organizing skills under little specified work conditions

  • Ability to influence a diverse stakeholder group, often at senior executive levels

  • Ability to develop positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Highly motivated, strong initiative and passion for social contribution


Good computer literacy in MS Office as well as excellent communication skills in both Thai and English are essential for everyone at B.GRIMM. What will make you really successful is, if you can overcome obstacles with initiative and in a professional manner. Cooperating within your team and across departments comes natural to you as you are driven by a strong customer-focus and service mind. You have a pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to solve conflicts positively and if necessary with a good sense of humor.
