JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Female , Age 22- 35 years old

  • Diploma – Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

  • 1-5 years of experience in operator / receptionist, administrative and purchasing

  • Good understanding of English spoken and writing

  • Good systems and PC skills

  • Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind Male or


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Respond to phones and enquiries and provide assistance to the callers

  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as requested

  • Check incoming facsimiles and pass on to appropriate individual

  • Manage incoming documents and distribute accordingly

  • Monitor and manage all office supplies and fill up when needed

  • Manage all postal and package carriers for pick-up and delivery processes

  • Other duties as assigned
