JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Female , Age 22- 35 years old
- Diploma – Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 1-5 years of experience in operator / receptionist, administrative and purchasing
- Good understanding of English spoken and writing
- Good systems and PC skills
- Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind Male or
- Respond to phones and enquiries and provide assistance to the callers
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as requested
- Check incoming facsimiles and pass on to appropriate individual
- Manage incoming documents and distribute accordingly
- Monitor and manage all office supplies and fill up when needed
- Manage all postal and package carriers for pick-up and delivery processes
- Other duties as assigned
