Job Description:
- Solving problems of customers concerning products and services of the company via the telephone
- Providing information to customers
- Compiling daily reports as required
- Male or Female age between 21-27 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Having some experience in call center, customer services or telemarketing. Previous employment in the car insurance, auto loan business, finance, leasing or banking field would be an advantage.
- Service-minded
- Typing & computing skills
- Ability to work on shifts
- Excellent command of English both speaking and writing
