Head of Building Technology

Responsibilities:

• Participate in formulation of Strategy and Business Target Agreements (BTA)
• Ensure smooth implementation of strategy and achievement of BTA with actual results
• Active involvement in Sector Development of the company
• Active involvement in the operational activities of Building Technology (BT) Thailand in the primary areas of project management and sales & marketing and to support the development of BT ASEAN business
• Full involvement in all related programs and ensuring continued to ISO 9001. Participation in Rolling Forecast Meetings, Management Meetings and Corporate Meetings.

Requirements:

• Generally should have at least 5 years relevant experience in the same field. Possess tertiary education qualifications.
• Should have some basic experience in project management and some hands on experience of working in a similar industry.
• Should have at least 5 years in similar capacity of heading a company/ division with Profit & Loss responsibilities. Must have headed an establishment of at least 20 personnel.
• Experience with multinational company. Work experience in different countries is preferable.
