Qualification :
- Age 25 – 35
- Minimum in Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Veterinary Science or Science (Animal Science or Fisheries)
- Minimum 2 years experience within sales and business development
- Strong Technical Knowledge
- Good Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Team player , ability to learn fast
- Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
- Open Minded, Pro Active and Innovative
- Knowledge in computer operation, Microsoft office, internet, email
- Experience in sell feed additives to feed mill will be advantage.
- Has a solid technical background within a proven sales record with relevant industry and having a commercial degree would be an added benefit.
- In co-operation with the Sales Manager to set out business plan and targets as well as being responsible for the follow up.
- To ensure fulfillment of sales and other objectives by means of implementation.
- To achieve target set out to increase market share and sales , through acquisition and retention of customers.
- To build product propositions will existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- To establish solid communication, co-ordination with all existing and new clients proving good base for sales growth.
