KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

AVP Brokers are Thailand’s only supplier of a new and unique vehicle protection product, which is administered by one of the largest global insurance companies. The product is exclusive to AVP Brokers and therefore they have no competition in the market at this time.

AVP Brokers already has 11 Bangkok outlets of the product signed up to the program and the company intends to increase the Dealer Network to over 100 by the end of 2009.

The requirement has arisen for a dedicated KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to manage relationships between AVP Brokers the 11 outlets we already have and assist and develop marketing strategies in existing and new outlets for our products.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for delivering and achieving sales volumes, targets and growth expectations of each account


• Manage the relationship between AVP Brokers and the client with the objective of maintaining and increasing the development of AVP Brokers marketing strategies


• Manage training and product awareness for the network of sales outlets


• Manage stock checks at sales outlets and report these statistics to head office


• Help and assist the dealer network with sales techniques and also added-value sales techniques to increase up-selling across the network


• Gather competitive information from fieldwork activities to provide recommendations to head office to ensure counter measures can be put in place to protect the assets of AVP Brokers


• Work with the accounts department to ensure invoices are correct and quickly paid by the dealer network

THE CANDIDATE

• FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY aged between 25 – 35 years


• Master or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business management or related fields


• Results orientated and capable of working in an entrepreneurial and self-motivated manner


• Strong competency in communications with proactive problem solving skills in the field


• Excellent interpersonal (people) skills


• Good analytical and statistical skills


• Obtain an understanding of marketing strategies and implement these strategies’ in a determined and consistent manner across the dealer network


• Basic understanding of accounting (accounts received, invoicing etc)


• Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy (Word, Excel)


• MUST HAVE OWN CAR
