Qualifications :- Age between 33-40 years old. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related field, with at least 8 years experience in HRM and HRD in Multi-national environment and preferable experience IT business. Good analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills with high leadership. Good command of spoken and written English required.
