Responsibilities :
She will work closely with the Managing Director providing all secretarial supports, coordinating with all departmental units, contacting both local and overseas business partners and also handling comprehensive administrative functions to facilitate our business operations.
Qualifications :
- Female, Thai national , age 24-32 years with pleasant personality
- B.A. in related field or Cert. from any reputable secretarial college
- Min. 2 years’ experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant to top executives
- Strong command of both written and spoken English especially in business conversation and correspondence
- Good understanding or some experience in processing import documentation is an advantage
- Computer Literate ( PC / Internet / E-Mail)
- An active team player with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
- Good coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Well maturity, attention to detail and a tolerance for working under pressure and to tight deadlines are required
