Purpose: This position would support Bazaar Asia Pacific team for the details’ processes as well as on especially support to administrative work.
Responsibility :-
- Responsible for performing the business-related functions of the organization.
- Scheduling for the Sales & Marketing team, included travelling schedule.
- To perform day to day administrative tasks and control for the team.
- Overall supply purchasing to ensure that expenses are maintained with the budgetary guidelines.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Faculty of Art, major in English or Related field.
- 0 - 2 years background experiences in administrative field.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn customized programs quickly.
- General administration task
- Good customer services, positive attitude and resourceful.
- Ability to make good judgment.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to provide oversight and supervision in an effective manner.
- Prioritization skills.
- Fair to good communication skill in English will be advantaged.
