Responsibilities:-

• To manage product quality in accordance with customers' requirements and standards


• To ensure the compliance of stipulated company quality standards for maximum customer satisfaction of our service and quality


• To deal with customers in resolving quality related issues and communicate the issues internally for problem solving


• To make sure the performance of the factory is effective and efficient


• To lead the PRC QA team, develop in-house QA operation procedures, inspection requirements and make sure the team delivers the right quality result

Qualifications:-

• University graduate in Quality Management or related discipline


• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in quality assurance of printing


• Knowledge in ISO9001: 2008 system and quality statistics is an advantage


• Good command of both written and spoken English.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills
