The candidates are expected to be highly proficient, and results driven, with tremendous sales and people skills. The candidates will be responsible for giving advice regarding the courses at the Institute, test preparations as well as information about the standardized tests and courses to the customers that call or come into our centers. The candidates will be responsible for following up and guiding the customers through out the airline and international organization’s recruitment process
Job Description :
- Approach potential customers via phone calls for persuading them to visit and purchase courses at the Institute
- Welcoming incoming calls and walk-in customers also clarify the product information received from the customers as well as the other related topics like promotion, sales activities etc.
- Coordinate with Territory sales in order to maintain good relationship with the customers
- Handle customers satisfaction survey
- Manage monthly call reports and sales reports
- Handle other assignments from Management
- Assist tutors and students in scheduling lessons
- Telephone calls to follow-up students progress
- Develop the Company structure, coordinating with the Director
- Have the skills to handle objections and close sales in order to fulfill and complete monthly target
- To be the consultant and follow up students performance
Requirements :
- Male or Female, Thai nationality
- Bachelors degree or higher in related field
- Age 23-32, well presented with a professional attitude
- Good command of English and work with foreign management
- 1-2 years sales experience in a related field would be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and long hours to achieve targets
- Experience in Educational Sales would be an advantage
- Confident, Pro-active, Energetic and professional Personality is a MUST!
- Good appearance and Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email
- Hard working, flexible, Outgoing personality and customer service oriented
- Able to start working in December 2009 – January 2010
- Friendly with good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Salary: Generous salary and commission
